Last week, I had the pleasure of sharing my story in an interview with De Telegraaf, one of the Netherlands’ leading newspapers. We talked about my transition from my former career as a professional football player to my current work as an artist. It was an opportunity to reflect on my journey—from the intensity and discipline of the football field to the creative and expressive world of art.

In the interview, I discussed the challenges and rewards of reinventing myself, the inspirations behind my art, and the skills I carried over from my sports career. Just like in football, art demands commitment, vision, and resilience, but it has also given me a fresh way to connect with people on a different level.
