Hypergraffiti

As part of Cultura Nova and Heerlen Murals 2014, Raenys Martis curated Hypergraffiti: a group show in Heerlen, the Netherlands showing the works of an eclectic group of modern artist who all have their unique language and style and who are all in some way connected to the public domain.

Artists involved: Cyrcle, Delta, Does, Eelco van den Berg, Finok, Hendrik ECB Beikirch, Marcel Thelen, Nils Muller, Rutger Termohlen, Remco Koopman, Stohead, Super A and many more...

Cultura Nova aims to amaze, evoke wonder and surprise, and to introduce a new audience to unconventional forms of theatre, dance, music, film and visual arts as well as to productions that explore and cross the dividing lines between the individual disciplines. Cultura Nova has a leading cultural role in the region and creates a fertile breeding ground for regional, national and international artists.

Heerlen Murals is a project initiated by the Street Art Foundation, a foundation devoted to the promotion of street art. In order to reach a wider audience and to make the general public aware of what street art can do for the city of Heerlen, the foundation organizes various events and thereby involves street artists from around the globe.
