In South America DOES found the warm and vibrant spirit of the people reflected in their colorful festivals. Encountering no laws, no boundaries, painting everywhere in Colombia, DOES was surprised to find a graffiti and street art law in place in Equador. In between being escorted by police into the ghettos of Bogota, and climbing the many steep stairs in the favelas of Rio de Janeiro, DOES encountered awe-inspiring views and a true taste of urban life.
