In celebrating his first 20 years as an artist, DOES released a book showing his evolution of dedication and style. This book is based on DOES's original blackbooks and filled to the gills with unreleased sketches, stories and drawings. Throughout the book you will find handwritten notes by DOES and by his dad, giving insight into his artistic development and making this book very personal.

To celebrate the launch of the book ‘First 20 Years’ DOES released a short documentary about the rhythm of sketching.
"Reflecting on 20 years of sketching I see the extent of my development. Some sketches are very much alike. They display my training in the understanding of lines and compositions. It’s a matter of doing and often failing."
